While it is too early to know what happened the night Oscar Pistorius shot and killed his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, it has been shown definitively that Pistorius is being well represented.
Defense attorney Barry Roux, in his cross-examination of the prosecution's most important witness, investigating officer Hilton Botha, managed to elicit enough facts where it is possible that Pistorius might be granted bail.
Yahoo Sports's Martin Rogers went through the cross-examination in great detail, showing Roux pointing out significant details of the case that were glossed over or overlooked by Botha during his investigation.
Today's court hearing was delayed for over an hour because a television used to provide coverage to the media in a overflow courtroom was delivered to the wrong address. The final arguments for the bail hearing are set for tomorrow.
